Preventative Maintenance
The best way to ensure a long lasting and reliable service life for your apparatus is a Preventative Maintenance program.
More then just oil changes; EES's Preventative Maintenance procedures have been refined over the years to ensure every system of your apparatus is inspected and receives the attention it requires. Typically performed annually, our PM programs are designed to keep your rig's components operating in the most optimal performance possible. By using EVT certified technicians, we are able to find may issues while they are small and alert you to necessary corrective actions so that these issues are fixed long before a breakdown can occur.
Our Preventative Maintenance schedule typically includes the chassis, engine, and transmission; as well as the pump, generator, and aerial (as applicable.) Normally these are performed annually, however our higher run customers are having half-year and even quarter-year services performed. Let us know what your needs and run volume is and we will tailor a plan that specific to your fleet, your department, and most importantly, your budget.
In-Station Repairs
Minor to moderate repairs can be made at your location in order to repair your truck in the most timely matter possible.
Many of the routine repairs that are required to keep your apparatus in top condition can be done at your firehouse, reducing the amount of time your rig is out of service. EES's service department operates a fleet of stocked mobile service vehicles which allow our EVT's to operate independent of our service facility. Stocked with the routine parts typically required for most trucks, we are able to handle most of your fleets needs in a timely matter.
EES operates with a duty-rotation schedule, which allows us to respond to your fleets needs 24/7/365. For emergency out-of-service repairs, call us toll free at 1-877-337-8885 and follow the after hours prompts.

Fortunately, we have you covered. EES's Ewing, New Jersey location includes a 7000 square foot shop, equipped with all of the latest equipment to eliminate the downtime of your apparatus. Located within minutes of Route 295, Interstate 95, Interstate 195, and both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Turnpikes; we're easy to get to too.
Your rig will be safe and secure while it is in our possession as well. While in most cases your vehicle will be locked away inside of our facility; sometimes that just isn't possible. Our facility also has a fully locked and gated staging yard. Either way, your apparatus is well protected as we employ the latest in security systems and video monitoring equipment. We treat your apparatus as if it was our own.
