Elkhart Brass is the industry's most experienced manufacturer
of innovative firefighting and fire protection equipment. Elkhart products
can be found in fire departments around the world, building systems and off-shore
drilling sites, as well as in military, marine, and industrial firefighting
applications.
Well known for its commitment to quality, value, and
customer service, Elkhart celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2002. Since
its founding, the company has been owned and operated by the same family and
is in the fourth generation of management.
Elkhart Brass still operates at its original site
in Elkhart, Indiana. In addition to manufacturing and management, the site
also houses product research and development, engineering, and product testing.
Elkhart manufactures 2,000 products used in virtually every aspect of fire
fighting.
The solid stream Solid Strike™ nozzle from Elkhart
Brass. Unsurpassed flow performance with flexibility that allows the nozzleman
to vary GPM or reach without shutting down to change tip size. The result
is an airless stream of water so tight you can virtually see through it. And
with the precision and strength you need to penetrate the hottest fire.
The
Flex Attack™ CAF nozzle quickly switches between wet foam, dry foam and
water only without shutting down. Now there’s no need to compromise when
fire fighting. Click left for a huge unobstructed waterway to produce shaving
cream dry foam. Click right for a hard hitting 15/16” smooth bore. The
Flex Attack™ is durable, dependable and, best of all, simple to use.
R.A.M. is easily deployed and operated by a single firefighter.
Its patent-pending hydraulic stability system harnesses reaction force to
stabilize the monitor. Four fold-out forged aluminum legs with carbide-tipped
ground spikes extend to the largest footprint in its class for exceptional
stability. The rear ground spikes are angled to help the carbide tips grip
the ground surface. The R.A.M. can be carried while attached to a charged
line. Exclusive patent pending-design lowers friction loss and produces consistent
stream quality in all ranges of motion. The R.A.M. can be stored pre-connected
and features an ergonomic U-shaped valve handle. Attached safety strap includes
storage pouch.
